THE FARM, 02/05.2009 Believe it or not, this is a different Robin on a different occasion at The Clamp, same swim though, I didn`t even have any maggots this time, unless he was eyeing up my synthetic ones in the tackle box, I always said I was popular with the birds. Caught in the Evening - 21/05/09 A POT OF GOLD SOMEWHERE?.

I know that strictly speaking this isn`t a fishing picture, but one of the reasons that we go fishing, besides trying to catch fish, is also to get back to nature and amongst wildlife, I think this picture of a Robin sums it up pretty well, the cheeky chappie was after my maggots and was so friendy, it came to within about three feet of me and even stayed long enough for me to get my camera and take the picture, obviously a right poser, I did reward it with a few maggots, the picture was taken at The Clamp at the back end of last year.
